I started out spending my summers doing simple clerical work and small tasks as a teenager, and over the years I’ve had the chance to wear a lot of different hats. One thing that’s always stood out to me is how willing everyone has been to share their knowledge and help me grow. That support has played a huge part in shaping who I am not just as an employee, but as a person as well. Now I work in the maintenance department and get the opportunity to help the people around me, plus I still get to learn something new every single day. I feel very lucky to work alongside my family, to be part of the third generation carrying this company forward—and even luckier that my fiancé is a heavy haul driver here as well. It makes this career feel even more personal, rewarding, and something we’re proud to be part of together.
